Free worldwide shipping

We guarantee free shipping for your order. Each package is shipped directly from our department store and is resistant to you.

Goods are delivered per shipment to the delivery address provided by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon. The delivery address provided by the seller during order processing is critical to the transaction.

If the carrier returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the cost of the failed shipment. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that led to the impossibility of delivery or if the customer was temporarily unable to accept the service offered unless the seller had given the customer reasonable advance notice of the change. Furthermore, this does not apply to the cost of a return shipment if the customer effectively uses his right of withdrawal. When the customer's right of withdrawal is effectively used, the provision in the seller's withdrawal instruction applies to the cost of the return shipment.

Customer collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

The goods will be shipped within 1-3 days after the confirmed receipt of payment.
Standard delivery time is 7 to 12 business days. For priority shipping, the delivery time is 5 to 9 working days. The order is shipped by the manufacturer as soon as the complete order is in stock there.

The buyer is the importer of the goods (Importer of record) and is responsible for the proper payment of customs duties and/or sales tax upon importation and must fully comply with all laws and regulations of the importing country.

Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is required to verify that all laws and regulations in the importing country have been met.
