Jewelry within the lifetime warranty is 100% Safe to wear in Water. Our Jewelry is also Heat Resistant & Sweat Proof.

Starting to see tarnishing or fading on your item? We'll replace it.

Accidental break? We'll replace it.

Scratched pendant? We'll replace it.

REPLACEMENT / WARRANTY CLAIM

To make a claim against our warranty please take the following steps:

1. Take a photo of the damaged item.

2. Email: contact@5thavenuejewelry.com With your order number, photo Evidence & the Claim.

3. Confirm the correct Redelivery address (the address provided at checkout is the correct address).

* Our Lifetime Warranty only covers what we state won't happen, if your jewelry piece is lost, stolen, damaged purposely, or damaged via a third party, we can't cover this. Failure to provide a photo of the defective/faulty item voids the warranty.
